{Wedding Trends} : Braided Hairstyles - Part 2

I LOVE braids! Although until recently, wearing a braided hairstyle was just for the bohemian bride, nowadays, soft, glamorous braided updos are being embraced by classic and modern brides alike! And dispite the fact that some people still consider braids to be an everyday-look, they could easily be adapted to a formal occasion. Case in point: Kate Middletown look at the BOA Olympic Concert. She rocked a super cute braided updo that you may want to borrow for your wedding day (see the pics on my Pinterest account by clicking here). Anyhow, whether one in the front, swept across, or an entire halo, braids add a romantic look to any wedding hair style. Here a round up of my favorite braided hairstyles for weddings! {Wedding Trends} : Braided Hairstyles

Braids are back and hitting the bridal scene in a big way! Whether it is for the bride or bridesmaids, braids are the trendy new way to style hair for the big day.  Until recently, wearing a braided hairstyle was just for the bohemian bride. We have fashion designers to thank for the rise of wedding braids. Since fashion icons like Valentino and Monique Lhuillier incorporated soft glamorous braided up-dos into their bridal runways, braids have been embraced by classic and modern brides alike! Whether one in the front, swept across, or an entire halo, I believe braids always add a romantic look to any wedding hair style. Here a round up of my faves!
