St. Patrick's Inspired Wedding Dresses

Would you like to bring the luck of the Irish into your wedding day?...
What about to your wedding gown? The idea didn’t sound that attractive to me until I discovered these beautiful dresses from the 2011 Pepe Botella Bridal Collection. Would you wear them?

Real Wedding: Wilmington, North Carolina

The retro vibe of these images from Scott Piner are so fun, and I love the combination of bright green and blue. The contrasting colors of the menus tucked into the napkins are the perfect decor!

Real Wedding: Guilford, Connecticut

Stephanie and Greg were married in a wonderfully preppy Connecticut event, perfectly outfitted in a pink and green color palette. They are such an adorable couple and I have to say, their "getting ready" photos are some of the most beautiful I've seen. The angles and the black and white tones are just so lovely, certainly something to be cherished long after the wedding. And their first dance pictures are so cute - definitely a fun couple!

Quick Palette: Teal and Chartreuse

I am so in love with this color palette that I think I just might use it as inspiration for decorating our new house! And to start off, I bought this amazing print from Anna Emilia. She is an incredibly talented artist from Finland...I can hardly wait for it to arrive!

Terrain Styled Real Wedding

Anna and Chris had such a beautiful wedding, that incorporated both tuxedos and personal DIY style all in one event. Anna is a textile designer, so the couple utilized gorgeous quilts and fabrics throughout the event. The table assignments were listed on a giant framed chalkboard and a bluegrass band entertained guests during the cocktail hour. The couple utilized simple metal lanterns as centerpieces (genius) and had a local baker create pies made from family recipes. They helped develop the aesthetic and decor for the event from a designer at Terrain, which is surely why I love every bit of this wedding!
