You Can Never Have Too Many Candles!

It's no secret that candlelight is universally pleasing, not to mention exceptionally romantic. There’s something about fire that captivates humankind. The spark of a match, the dancing movement, and how as it magically disappears in the air, people cannot help but get drawn into the enchantment that is of a little flame. Therefore, never fail to appreciate the power of a good candle - or several hundred as this case may be! The images that follow feature various spectacular setups where an endless amount of candles is the common factor. The overall effect is stunning to say the least!.. So, incorporate this romantic element into your wedding décor. I have a feeling you won’t regret it! (image soure)

I'm adoring the combination of candlelight and colorful flowers for an evening reception. Especially when used in long tables. (image source: left, right)

6 Stylish Ways To Incorporate Paper Flowers In A Sophisticated Wedding

OK you princesses of chic style. It’s time for another installment of sophisticated wedding ideas… This time we would talk about Paper Flowers… I know what you’re thinking! “Belle supposed to be a blog for sophisticated weddings, and well, paper flowers don’t sound sophisticated at all”. But, if you stay with me the next couple of minutes, I promise I will change your mind. I’m going to show you how you can fit paper flowers, a very whimsical trend, into your wedding in a super-stylish way. Let’s get to the goodness!
1. Bouquets: If a bouquet entirely made out of paper flowers is too informal or whimsy for you. Consider the idea of incorporating paper flowers into a brooch bouquet. You would fit in the trend while maintaining the glamour on your look. On the other hand, if you’re still into natural flowers, brooch and paper or just paper bouquets, like theses gems, are excellent options for your bridesmaids. (image sources: first, second, third)
2. Wedding Cake: Paper flowers may just be the perfect element to bring color to a simple white wedding cake. They also look really cute on mini-cakes. I would add a little sparkle to  any of the cakes in the second row. What do you think? (image sources: row 1 left, row 1 right, row 2 left, row 2 right)

3. Ceremony Decor: Holy Gorgeousness! If you' are all about ROMANCE, this first set-up will surely be your cup of tea. Now for the second one,  you may want to bring a more classic and romantic approach add some candles to these setups. But, other than that...beautiful!
4. Centerpieces: Combining paper flowers with natural flowers for your centerpieces would bring in a modern touch to your table decor. Paper flowers would come specially handy, when you want to incorporate into your centerpieces a color that natural flowers don't come on. Check for example this gray paper flowers. Now if glamour is what you are looking for gold or silver paper flowers may be a good choice.
5. Table Runners: A cluster of giant paper flowers made out a fabulous table runner...don't you think? I you're a DIY bride, click here for the tutorial. (image sources: #1, #2)
6. Napkin Rings: These little paper dahlias used as napkin rings are a great tactic to add flair, color and style to your wedding tables in a more settle, yet pretty way. Find them on eatsy!

{Steal Worthy Weddings} : Glamorous Garden Affair

Today, I would like to start a new section on this blog called “Steal Worthy Weddings”. Twice a week I would present a magnificent wedding, then I’ll share with you all the gorgeous details that to me are worth to steal. Let’s begin with this glamorous, romantic South Hampton’s affair that is about as swoony as you can get.
And the detail’s worth-to-steal are…
Ribbons on Chairs: Ribbons are having a big wedding moment. This may just be the cutest way to incorporate them into your wedding. (Visit my Ribbon Galore post for more ideas)

The Color Palette: Nothing says romantic elegance than gold and pale pink combined.
The Cake: I'm going bananas over this DREAMY cake...super elegant, yet so unique.
The Ceremony Layout: Semi-circle sitting on wedding ceremonies are really trendy right now. Remember Monaco's royal wedding ceremony? I personally like it, because looks very pretty and it allows you to save a few bucks on flowers and decor.
The Comprehensive Look:

The Shoes: Hot, hot, hot! Nude tones and ruffles are one of the hottest trends out there! So combine both on a pair of wedding shoes and you get perfection. If you're still looking for the perfect pair for your special day, don't forget to visit my Nude Wedding Shoes post to get more inspiration.
Parasols: This is a must-have for an outdoors wedding, specially during summer or spring... functional and oh-so-pretty!
The Centerpieces: If you are going for a classic look, you may like to consider something like this stunning centerpieces.
Something Blue - The Earrings: Looking for a way to incorporate something blue into your outfit? Try blue earrings. They look so chic, don't you think? For more something blue ideas you should stop by my 25 Ways to Something Blue post.
Gold: If you're thinking of including gold into your color palette check out the multiple ways this couple used to incorporate gold into each table: chairs, silverware, cups, chargers, vases and menu.
Adding a Darker Color: If your wedding colors are classic soft shades, you may want to consider adding some details on a darker color. Choose one of your main colors in a brighter tone. This would add a splash of modern feeling to your wedding day. In this case, the bride chose to add details of magenta like the cocktail-hour decor, the bridesmaid dresses, one candle on each table and the ribbons on the chairs.
The Bouquet: I showcased this BEAUTIFUL bouquet on my Peony Bouquets post a few days ago, and it was a total success. Check it out and you'll see the reason why!
Salad Trio: Serving 3 small portions of salads, appetizers or desserts are one of the hottest trends in catering for weddings.
Pink Lemonade: For those weddings that have pale pink as a main color, serving pink lemonade for the cocktail-hour or pre-ceremony refreshment is a must. I love how they created two different shades of pink lemonade for this occasion.
