Pop-Up Wedding

Have you seen the results of the Pop-Up Wedding? Leah and Michael were treated to such a sweet day that looks like it was tailor made for them. The fabulous team behind Martha Stewart Weddings did a great job and the couple was lucky enough to have one of my favorite photographers, Mel Barlow, take all the pictures! Who knew paper could be so cute?

Utterly Engaged Downloads

Hello, lovelies! The ladies of Utterly Engaged have asked me to contribute some DIY Projects to their next issue and two of the projects I came up with (the Wrapped Candle Holders and the Bride & Groom Wreaths) take advantage of some free downloads. You can find them both by clicking the corresponding pictures below...enjoy!

Sponsor Spotlight: MagnetStreet Weddings

One of our lovely sponsors, MagnetStreet Weddings, is now offering these cute carrier cards for their Save the Date Magnets. Since getting all the info on the magnets can sometimes be tricky now you can just put them into a carrier and send away.

Timeless Paper

It is fairly safe to say that these are some of the most adorable place cards I have ever seen! Emily from Timeless Paper does such a beautiful job of creating unique place cards out of different designs and shapes. She even takes custom orders! Any of these would be so perfect for a wedding, shower, or even an intimate dinner party. They are all handmade and so sweet - I can't decide which is my favorite.

Emily also has a beautiful blog and in addition to her website, you can find all of her good in her Etsy store.

Aren't they lovely?

Shakespeare on Weddings

This is definitely my new favorite ring shot, from the ever lovely Molly at MThree Studio. You see the whole wedding right here.

Oh So Beautiful Paper Giveaway

Head over to visit Nole at Oh So Beautiful Paper and enter her contest for a chance to win 150 letterpress Save the Dates from Delphine and Mohawk Paper. The letterpress design includes two ink colors - such a great giveaway! Go here to read more about the contest.

BirdDog Press

These might easily be the most fun (and definitely most interactive) invitations I've ever seen! Created by the very talented Allison of BirdDog Press, Lucas and Elli's wedding invitations included both an art project and an very unique response card. The suite included a 10" piece of fabric, which was held together by a kraft paper band asking guests to please decorate the fabric with well wishes and return it to the couple. They then sewed the swatches together to make a prayer flag that was hung at their ceremony site. I love that idea!

The response card is equally as cute - it is perforated so it can be detached from the main invitation and guests were given "accept" and "reject" stickers to attach to the card before mailing it back. Any excuse to use stickers is a good one in my book! You can read more about the details on the BirdDog blog, and see more designs in their Etsy Store.

Clare Stoker - Jewelry

I came across Clare Stoker's designs on etsy this week and I love her creations. So simple and pretty (not to mention affordable) these rings would be great as wedding rings or even special gifts. I am particularly fond of the stacking rings - they could make a great bridesmaid gift.

Real Wedding - Boise, ID

I have another beautiful wedding to share with you today, from one of my favorite photographers - Tana Photography. Jenny and Robbie were married in Boise and despite some crazy storms (even hail) they had a lovely day. Jenny wore a Vera Wang dress and worked with Bliss Events to pull all the details together. Be sure to head over to Tana's blog to see more pictures!

Because of the storm the ceremony was moved into the foyer of the house and later there was some dancing there as well. Unexpected but worked out so well!

Handmade Invitations

These invitations created by the very talented Erin Jang are so sweet! Cathy and Noah were married in Prospect Park, and Erin created a folded invitation that showcased the city skyline, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Picnic House and a drawing of the couple.

I love the details on the reverse side...smiling and sad faces for the response card.

And the wrap around address labels are fantastic.

A Little Housekeeping...

Some exciting things are happening around here, one of which is that With This Nest has a new look. If you haven't been there in awhile, stop over and check it out! And since I seem to be in the redecorating mood, With This Ring is also undergoing its own remodel (although much more extensive...reinforcements have been brought in). The new design has been in the works for a few months now and should go live later this summer. So if you have suggestions for new features or something you would love to see on With This Ring, send me an email and let me know. I always love to hear from you!
