Adam Parker Photography

Alejandra and Jose's engagement session is not only beautiful, there is a great story behind it. Jose proposed to Alejandra this past fall on a sailboat in Savannah. He wrote a poem and made a promise to her in Spanish (she is a native speaker, he is not) and then got down on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage. After she excitedly said yes they went to dinner and Alejandra found that Jose had arranged for their families to be there - he flew her Mom in from out of state. Well done, Jose!

Shortly after their engagement, Alejandra's apartment was burglarized. It was a sad event and one that took a bit of a toll on their wedding budget. However, a few months later Jose found a posting on the wall of his fraternity house (he is still in graduate school) from one of his brothers who is starting a photography business and looking for engaged couples. Alejandra and Jose didn't think they would be able to afford a photographer and found someone fabulous in Adam Parker! All of these pictures were taken by Adam and you can see much more of his work on his website. Huge congrats to you, Alejandra and Jose!
