Quick Palette: Aubergine and Green

Lovely Balloons

During the following months we will be following a very special Bride on her wedding planning process. Today I bring you these super fun images of the engagement style photo shoot we had with Adrienne and Hazael. The balloons were the perfect element for this session. This has certainly been a popular color palette for awhile, and I still love the combination of grey & yellow! The "Eat, Drink & Get Married" cards below are such a cute detail, and naturally I love the green tinted glasses. The vendors involved in this shoot (listed below) did a lovely job!

Seeing as how its my hometown, I always love a wedding that showcases the beautiful Chicago skyline. But I think my favorite thing about this wedding is the fabulous black flower that the bride used to adorn her wedding dress! Its such a simple accessory but adds so much character to the dress. And get this - Mikaela's dress was just $89 from the Issac Mizrahi collection at Target! I also love that each bridesmaid has her own type of flower - again, so simple and yet such a great twist.
